Last updated: October 9, 2026. This policy explains what information CampusDown Legal (law.campusdown.com) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Page views and usage statistics: for each page view we record the page address, date and time, the referring website (if your browser sends one), an approximate location (country and state or region) derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. To count unique visitors we store a one-way hash that changes every day; we do not store your IP address with these records.
  • State selector: if you choose a state on our home page, it is saved only in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.
  • Downloads: we record which worksheet file was downloaded. We never see what you write in it.
  • “Was this page helpful?” If you answer, we store your answer, the page address, the date and a one-way hash derived from your IP address (used to count one answer per person per day).
  • Server logs: like most websites, our servers record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Email: if you contact us, we keep your message to reply to it.
