CampusDown Legal (law.campusdown.com) offers plain-English legal information for everyday problems in the United States: finding official court forms, putting complaints and requests in writing, and finding free or low-cost legal help.

What we offer

  • Guides that explain general steps and link to official court and government sources.
  • Free worksheets in Word, PDF and Excel to help you write and organize. They are not court forms.
  • Legal help directory pointing to legal aid, pro bono and court self-help resources.

What we are not

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this site. We do not recommend specific lawyers and we do not decide which state's law applies to you. If you choose a state on our home page, it is only a reminder stored in your browser.

Who runs it

CampusDown Legal is part of CampusDown, an online platform for study materials and practical guides operated from South Korea. Pages are written and reviewed by the CampusDown Legal editorial team; see our editorial policy.

How the site is funded

The site is free to use and supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers do not write or review our content, and ads are never placed inside download areas or legal help listings.
